Activate was an invite only event held in the RDS Dublin that was created to showcase the various pillars of my previous employers Creative Technology. I was heavily involved in the project from start to finish, devising how the attendees would walk through the spaces and what they would see along the way.

I began by laying out a floorplan of the venue and plotting where each section of the business would go. We needed to showcase LED, TVs, boardroom installations, creative offerings, and AV capabilities. We decided to have guided tours which would stop at each section where members of staff would talk to the attendees for a few minutes about the various subjects. I then created a full 3D model of the spaces, so the installation crews would know where everything needed to go.

In terms of content, I created an interactive wall using a short throw projector and Airscan. I also compiled and curated a touch screen table to showcase the company's creative services. Finally I developed and produced a 3 minute show which was designed to showcase LED screens and PA Systems in the Concert Hall. I designed the layout of the LED screens which were both placed vertically on the main stage and hung horizontally above the attendees.
